情景解读丨scenario interpretation
/ 示范区入口设计暗合《桃花源记》所描写的
“林尽水源，便得一山，山有小口，仿佛若有光。便舍船，从口入……”
入口大门掩映浓荫之下，线条硬朗的建筑与自然生长的林木相映成趣，迎面水景墙潺潺流水，仿佛奏起婉转动听的迎宾乐曲。
在光与影、声与乐的交织中，踏入一方静谧之境，开启了溯源之旅。
通过瀑布跌水与澹澹扁舟结合入口廊架共同形成寻源入境的故事场景，勾起客户探幽溯源的好奇心。
/ the entrance design of the demonstration area coincides with what is described in

and the mountain has a small mouth, as if there is light.

the entrance gate of the demonstration area, under the shade,
the sturdy building and the natural growth of the forest create an interesting contrast.
the gurgling water on the facing waterscape wall seems to play a gentle welcome music,
in the interweaving of light and shadow, sound and music, stepping into a quiet place, started the journey of traceability.
through the combination of the waterfall and the dandan flat boat, combined with the entrance gallery,
the story scene of seeking the source and entering the country is formed,
which arouses the curiosity of customers to explore the source.
/ 璞境（林下听溪）
/ 入口左转，被水声引入幽静的林下空间，离开了城市的喧哗，享受听泉，跌水的惬意。
流畅的水景在返璞归真的树林里穿越，小步道逐渐抬高。
取意虹夕诺雅的行云流水、江南园林的小巧精致，置黑山石与草木之中，自然面的花岗石打造叠水，
最大限度地还原自然之感，驻足聆听溪流，让心沉静下来，感悟曼妙时光。
/ turn left at the entrance, and the sound of water is introduced into the quiet space under the forest,
leaving the noise of the city, enjoying the comfort of listening to the spring and falling into the water.
the smooth waterscape traverses the back-to-nature woods, and the small trail is gradually raised.
inspired by the clouds and flowing water of hongxi nuoya and the small and exquisite gardens in the south of the yangtze river,
it is placed among the black mountain stones and vegetation. the natural granite creates overlapping water,
which restores the sense of nature to the greatest extent. stopping to listen to the stream and calming the heart. feel the graceful time.
/ 源境（忆本思源）
/ 林下溪流的洗礼后，参观者会先抵达一个矩形的简约草坪，具有东方神韵的售楼处赫然于眼前，
建筑立面是简洁有力的非对称双坡屋顶，屋檐起翘伸向远方，简洁而有力。
/ after the baptism of the stream under the forest, visitors will first arrive at a rectangular simple lawn.
the sales office with oriental charm is in front of them.
the building facade is a simple and powerful asymmetric double-sloping roof,
and the eaves are raised to the distance. and powerful.
/ 逸境（梅柳江春）
/ 步入售楼处檐下灰空间，檐口一道优美骏逸的弧线将人的视线引向远方，
无边水池与河水融在一起，三棵古柳倒影其中。
颇具诗意的画面不禁让人想到“云霞出海曙，梅柳渡江春”的经典诗句，
据考，这是杜甫爷爷杜审言所著，海曙区也是得名于此。

the infinity pool merges with the river water, and three ancient willows are reflected in it.
the poetic picture can't help but remind people of the classic poem "yunxia goes out to the sea, meiliu crosses the river and spring".
according to research, this is written by du fu's grandfather du shenyan, and haishu district is also named after this.
/ 幽境（独坐幽篁）
/ 进入售楼处入口序厅，三面格栅围合，光影斑驳交错，倒映在水面上，
如同置身竹林一般幽静，心绪也从刚刚的追古逸思中回归。
此情此景恰如王维诗中描写的“独坐幽篁里，弹琴复长啸”。

the light and shadow are intertwined, reflecting on the water, as quiet as if you are in a bamboo forest,
and your mood has returned from the past thoughts.
this situation is just like the description in wang wei's poem,

/ 和境（海定波宁）
/ 经过接待处后会在连廊尽头看到一处景庭院，庭院里的灌木高低起伏，形成如海浪般的形态，
凝固的绿色波浪寓意“海定则波宁”，寄托了对于宁波这片土地的祝福。
洪武十四年，即1381年，朱元璋将明州府改为宁波府，意为海定则波宁，这也是宁波这一名称的来源。

/ 悟境（对山悟道）
/ 展厅详细讲述了这片土地的历史与故事，从展厅出来，走廊正对着为一组枯山劲松的艺术品，
意在为客户提供一个从展厅出来后驻足凝思，整理思绪的空间。

from the exhibition hall, the corridor is facing a group of works of dry mountains and strong pine,
which is intended to provide customers with a space to stop and contemplate and organize their thoughts after coming out of the exhibition hall.
/ 旷境（山重影秀）
/ 经过低矮的走道眼前豁然开朗，售楼处主体空间平远旷达。
售楼处一侧高达5米的“重山影秀”艺术作品，连绵数十米，延伸至入口大厅。
售楼处的西侧为通长的玻璃幕墙，无边水池、柳岸桥堤、新芝宾馆尽入眼里，
心怀也随着视线的开阔而慢慢舒展。此境恰如赵孟頫诗言“旷望得所怀，欣然消我忧。”
/ after passing the low aisle, the front of the eyes suddenly opens up, and the main space of the sales office is flat and broad.
on the side of the sales office, the 5-meter-high "chongshan shadow show" artwork stretches for tens of meters and extends to the entrance hall.
on the west side of the sales office is a long glass curtain wall. the infinity pool,

this situation is just like what zhao mengfu said in his poem,
"waiting for a long time, i am happy to dispel my worries".
/ 归境（缘启新芝）
/ 浔游九境最后一境为圣旨亭，圣旨亭是示范区将向政府申请永久保留的建筑。
袁珙屡获朱棣圣旨的地方就在现在的新芝路，因此得名圣旨路，“新芝”就是宁波话“圣旨”的谐音。
据传后来袁氏新建宅第的梁宇上长出了一棵灵芝，族人视为瑞兆。
古时新芝路承接了皇帝一道道的圣旨，诞生了一代代的国之重器，时过境迁，如今新芝宾馆接待了一批批的各国政要。
地灵人杰，新芝源境立足在这样一片历史文化厚重的土地上，又将续写怎样的辉煌。

缘起 · site
/ 唐长庆元年（公元821年），州治从小溪迁至三江口，并建子城，
为其后一千多年宁波城市的发展奠定了基础。

/ 整个示范区借用城市代建绿化带，售楼处沿翠柏河布置，沿途总共设置9个节点，
我们定了个故事线，是“溯源新芝，浔游九境”。
建筑、景观、室内多位设计师分别从艺术、自然与城市人文的契合感出发，力求呈现一处全新的宁波印象。
/ the entire demonstration area borrows the green belt built by the city,
and the sales office is arranged along the cuibai river. a total of 9 nodes are set up along the way.
we have set a story line that is "tracing back to the original xinzhi, traveling through the nine borders".
many designers of architecture, landscape, and interior started from the sense of harmony between art,
nature and urban humanity, and tried to present a brand new impression of ningbo.
匠心 · structure
/ 这里的建筑表皮是通过2020片不同角度金属瓦打造的，形成一个“水波纹”的意向，也有很多顾客说像龙鳞，巨龙腾飞。
设计师将这个作品命名为“源”，问渠那得清如许，唯有源头活水来。
因为宁波以“港通天下”而闻名，而且宁波是水上丝绸之路的起点，所以这里设计师是想借追问水源来追问历史文脉之源。
/ the building skin here is made of 2020 metal tiles with different angles, forming a "water ripple" intention.
many customers also say that it looks like dragon scales, and the dragon takes off.
the designer named this work "yuan" and asked the channel that it was so clear, only the source of water came.
because ningbo is famous for "ports linking the world" and ningbo is the starting point of the water silk road,
the designer here wants to inquire about the source of historical context by asking about water sources.
