交通便利，商区繁华，是面向东盟国家的国际化城市。
this case is located in southern xinjiang, with beautiful mountains and rivers,
evergreen all seasons, and is known as the "national ecological garden city".
with convenient transportation and prosperous business district,
it is an international city facing asean countries.

设计手法·design technique
运用现代主义几何切割手法，
通过体块穿插，层层退台，
营造出富有韵律变化的立面造型。
using modernist geometric cutting techniques,
through the body block interspersed, layer upon layer back stage,
to create a rhythmic change of facade modeling.
墙是建筑中最令人印象深刻的元素之一：墙身采用浅色仿石涂料，尽量减少立面造价的同时烘托出浓厚的人文气氛。
在墙上感受光影流动，仿佛时间也参与其中，给人以宁静悠远的深刻印象。

住宅采用深灰色仿文化石外墙漆，与上部的浅色涂料形成呼应——深色涂料作为建筑的骨架，

组合排布·combined arrangement
多变的体块和隔墙将空间分割成多个院落，运用设计手法赋予这些独立空间特殊的功能意义，
是一场设计者和周边场景的一次隔空交流。

一层取消部分隔墙，形成周边环境和室内空间过渡的大区域、大空间。

挑出的露台不仅满足功能需求，更与整体空间规划保持一致，共同构建出理想的精神场所。
